Step 1
- Click the link to access our online return portal.
- Locate your order number — you’ll find it on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email.
Step 2
- Enter your order number and the zip code used for your shipping address.
Step 3
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Eligible items will appear in white; items not eligible for return will be greyed out.
Step 4
- Choose whether you’d like an exchange, refund, or store credit, then follow the remaining prompts to complete your request.
We do not accept returns more than 30 days after the delivery date. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
If your item qualifies for a refund, the amount will be issued to your original payment method for the product price plus applicable taxes, less a $10 USD restocking and return-label fee per item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed once your item is received and inspected, and may take up to ten business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
If your item is eligible for return, you’ll receive a prepaid, printable shipping label. Simply print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized location. Only returns sent using our prepaid label are eligible for a refund. Returns shipped back independently will not be honored.
