Shipping
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update or correct the shipping address before the package is sent out. If you notice an error, please reach out to our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Olive & Tuesday typically asks for 4-5 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out unless otherwise specified for pre-order items.
Orders over $150 are eligible for free Ground shipping within the Continental U.S. $150 free Ground shipping threshold is post-discount, and pre-tax.

Returns & Exchanges
Olive & Tuesday gladly accepts returns and exchanges on all merchandise, unless otherwise noted as Final Sale. Refunds are available within 14 days of the delivery date, and we offer exchanges and store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Please note, unless otherwise specified, all merchandise purchased with a discount code of 30% or more is only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Olive and Tuesday reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. We will not accept the return if there is damage to the item. Damaged items will not be sent back to the customer and will be donated to our local community.

Locate your order number — you’ll find it on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email.

Enter your order number and the zip code used for your shipping address.

Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
Eligible items will appear in white; items not eligible for return will be greyed out.

Choose whether you’d like an exchange, refund, or store credit, then follow the remaining prompts to complete your request.
We do not accept returns more than 30 days after the delivery date. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
If your item qualifies for a refund, the amount will be issued to your original payment method for the product price plus applicable taxes, less a $10 USD restocking and return-label fee per item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed once your item is received and inspected, and may take up to ten business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
If your item is eligible for return, you’ll receive a prepaid, printable shipping label. Simply print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized location. Only returns sent using our prepaid label are eligible for a refund. Returns shipped back independently will not be honored.
