Returns & Exchanges
Olive and Tuesday offers returns and exchanges on all merchandise unless otherwise noted as Final Sale, within 7 days of receipt date.
Olive and Tuesday reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. We will not accept the return if there is damage to the box or item. Damaged items will not be sent back to the customer and will be donated to our local community.
Returns are not accepted on items marked FINAL SALE. Please note, unless otherwise specified, all merchandise purchased with a 25% sale code or during a site-wide promotion is only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please visit our Returns & Exchange Portal to initiate a return. We ask that you mail back your unworn merchandise and include your full name and order number on the packaging. Once your return is received, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Please note that as a small company, our policy is that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking. For this reason, all returns will incur a $10 restocking fee to be redacted from the order amount.
