Refund policy
Olive & Tuesday gladly accepts returns and exchanges on all merchandise, unless otherwise noted as Final Sale. Refunds are available within 14 days of the delivery date, and we offer exchanges and store credit within 30 days of delivery.

If your item qualifies for a refund, the amount will be issued to your original payment method for the product price plus applicable taxes, less a $10 USD restocking and return-label fee per item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed once your item is received and inspected, and may take up to ten business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
If your item is eligible for return, you’ll receive a prepaid, printable shipping label. Simply print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized location. Only returns sent using our prepaid label are eligible for a refund. Returns shipped back independently will not be honored.
Olive and Tuesday reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. We will not accept the return if there is damage to the item. Damaged items will not be sent back to the customer and will be donated to our local community.
Please note, unless otherwise specified, all merchandise purchased with a discount code of 30% is only eligible for exchange or store credit, and all merchandise purchased with a discount code of 35% or more is final sale.
We do not accept returns more than 30 days after the delivery date. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
